CSR Beach Clean-Up Events
Get out of the office and into the fresh air with one of our corporate beach cleans! If you would like to take part in a beach clean as part of your company’s CSR programme, please get in touch. We have run lots of beach cleans with small, medium and large sized businesses, it’s a great way to raise awareness of the plastics crisis we are facing along our shores.
What’s Included?
- All equipment for litter picking.
- Full briefing.
- Experienced litter pick coordinator.
- Comprehensive risk assessment and insurance documentation.
- Removal and management of all waste collected.
- Featured on the Final Straw Foundation’s social media channels and website.
- Photos and any data collected during the event.
Corporate beach cleans are a great team bonding experience, a way to get out into the great outdoors, help clean up the environment, learn more about the issues surrounding plastic pollution on our shores and support a small charity.
Sponsor a Public Beach Clean
If you would like to sponsor a public beach clean, we would love to speak to you. This can be done in either of two ways. You can either sponsor pounds for pounds (£’s for Lbs) of weight collected on the clean, or you can sponsor a flat rate for the beach clean – minimum sponsorship amount applies, please get in touch to find out more.
What’s Included?
- FSF set up the event and publicise across the website and social media channels.
- Your business will be named and thanked on all the event listings and PR associated with the event.
- The event will be open to the public to attend and your business name will be thanked during the safety briefing at the start.
- Your business name and web address will be added to the list of Beach Clean Sponsors.

Simply take the pledge to reduce single-use plastics at work!
We would love you to commit to minimising all the single-use plastic that you buy, sell and use. This can mean something as simple as replacing single-use plastic cups at the water-fountain in an office with reusable cups, or encouraging staff to bring reusable bottles or coffee cups to work with them. Get in touch to find out how you can make simple changes at work to help reduce your organisations plastic ‘footprint’.
