1% for the Planet was created to ensure our planet and future generations thrive. This ethos aligns perfectly with our work at the Final Straw Foundation. Our planet and the future come first. 1% for the Planet is a global movement that inspires and brings together businesses and individuals to support environmental charities, non-profits and solutions through an annual membership scheme. With only 3% of all philanthropy in the United States directed to environmental causes, and less than 4% in the UK, it’s time to raise awareness and make some positive changes for the environment. Without taking care of our environment and this planet we call home then we are and have nothing.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been approved by 1% for the Planet as a non-profit partner fighting for our environment. Being linked to such a forward-thinking and collaborative organisation is so valuable for us and the environment and we can’t wait to begin working together. It is incredibly important for us to help spread the 1% for the Planet message and encourage more environmental giving. This is not just for us but for so many amazing environmental projects in our world. If you want to have a look at their website then please go for it. We encourage every single business to sign up and join this amazing movement.

1% for the Planet. 100% for the people.

You can always give more, but you should never give less than 1%.
